The MFG Live Dashboard is organised with Dynamic Cards giving a comprehensive view of what is happening on the production floor. Each Card costantly updates the Current Value, the Average Ratio and a Trend Chart. Each Card can display either absolutes values or percentages. The average value can be set to different time-frames and the general view settings can be conveniently saved for later.
From Lens Ordered to Rejects, you will get a full-view of what is happening in the Lab. See how many lenses are being Manufactured by Product, the Production Aging, the Reject by Product, the Surfaces Cut by each Lathe and the Rejects by Reason. The Graph Cards give immediate feedback on the different production trends, showing both the Current Value and a visual cue if you are above or under average.
