FULL TRACEABILITY

The FocalPoints Workshop Full Traceability module gathers all the information logged by every FP program during the manufacturing process. The entire lens history, from production to shipping, can be accessed from a single interface. Every task performed on the lens is recorded by the system, tracking the operation details, the date/time and the operator's name. Having the entire lens history stored in a centralised database, not only complies with modern regulation, but also speeds up the data recollection process.

THE LENS HISTORY AT A GLANCE

The Full Traceability module is embedded in the FocalPoints system. It gathers and records all the data created by the different FP modules, consolidating them in one convenient location: the Lens History Log. All the information can be retrieved quickly in a one-page approach, where each task fully complies to the What, Where, When and Who approach.

USER MANAGEMENT

The in-house User Management allows to track the operator’s activity and define the access levels within the FP ecosystem. The user management module guarantees an extra level of control and security for all FocalPoints users, including those with no access to the company's network. The Administrator can configure a default System policy, but also program-specific Sign-in on single PCs.

MANAGING PRODUCT RECALLS

The most important aspect of a Product's recall, is to precisely identify the affected products. The Product Recall module creates a list of lenses to be recalled and simplifies the ECP's notification process by providing tools for sending the Recall notification by email, letter or phone. The recall list can be filled using any of the following criteria: time period, lathe used, material/consumable batch over period, hydration/plasma/Hydra-PEG/sterilization cycle, machine used.
