FP/BRASS INTEGRATION

The FP/Brass 2000 Integration is designed to seamlessly integrate with the FocalPoints environment and to take full advantage of the Brass unique features. The integration streamlines the operations performed by the User during the inspection process: a simple Bar-code scanning initiates measurement, measured parameters are transferred automatically, quantitive/qualitative controls are fast and intuitive and all data is stored in the lens history for full traceability.

INTEGRATED INSPECTION MODULES

Inspecting the CL

FocalPoints provides a complete set of modules for inspecting soft and RGP lenses at every stage. These modules guide Operators through dry, final, hydrated, and wetted inspections, ensuring both qualitative and quantitative evaluations. On-screen details, target values, and tolerance ranges streamline decision-making, and any failing lens can be immediately rejected without additional tools. With no limit on the number of inspection stations, laboratories enjoy flexible, scalable integration.
