The FP/cito+prio Integration is designed to seamlessly work with the FocalPoints environment and to take full advantage of the Optocraft's SHSOphthalmic cito and SHSInspect prio unique features. The integration streamlines the operations performed by the User during the inspection process: a simple Bar-code scanning initiates measurement, measured parameters are transferred automatically, quantitive/qualitative controls are fast and intuitive, and all data is stored in the lens history for full traceability.
INTEGRATED INSPECTION MODULES
FocalPoints provides a set of modules to assist Operators in the Contact Lens inspection process:
Dry lens inspection (soft)
Final lens inspection (rgp)
Hydrated lens inspection (soft)
Wetted lens inspection (rgp)
These modules allow the Operator to perform both the qualitative and quantitative inspection. They speed up the process by showing on screen the lens details, the target value for the inspected parameters and their tolerance ranges. If any of the checks fail, the Operator can mark the lens as a reject right away without the need to use other software.

TRACKING THE LENS HISTORY
When using the FP/cito+prio Integration and the Full Traceability module is enabled, all measured data, pass/fail quality controls, the lens map, the time-stamp and the Operator's name are stored in the Lens History log.
POWER MAP LIVE CHART
The integration offers a dynamic visualization of the Cross-Section Power Map, presenting the desired cross-section directly on the map, accompanied by its corresponding chart. This dynamic interaction not only streamlines the process but also offers a more intuitive and efficient way to examine the data, empowering users to make informed decisions.

"The SHSOphthalmic cito and SHSInspect prio measures three key parameters for the quality of contact lenses in one single step: refractive data (sphere, cylinder, axis, prism, power distribution), diameter and image quality. It excels with its simplicity of operation, and is delivered completely preconfigured. Suitable for quality testing of contact lenses in air or saline, the system delivers the measurement results almost instantaneously – as soon as the lens is placed on the test aperture. Besides the fast evaluation rate, the wavefront technology provides high intrinsic stability so that the device can be used in the laboratory as well as in production."
